"lft" and "rgt" column in database table jbusinessdirectory_categories

hello:

I am trying to understand how the database is structured so that I can upload elements directly into it.

table, can you please explain what the "lft" and "rgt" fields are used for and the root elements has always the greatest value in the "rgt" column?

Hi,

The categories mechanism is the same category mechanisms as Joomla. The left and right are for balancing the categories and offer the right order.
