J-BusinessDirectory - mainsubcaterogy empty

Hello just got the J-BusinessDirectory and I'm trying to enter new businesses.I created my own categories and I have an error at time to enter the business as I'm unable to select mainsubcategory, it's empty so unable to save my entry.

I went in setting to remove all mandatory fields but this one is not listed, so unable to enter anything.
