J-BusinessDirectory - Map doesn't autocomplete in back end

When the complete information is added to the address fields in back end entry, the map does not auto-pin (or fill latitude and longitude). I have other Joomla map components that complete this task - is this a 4.6 item? Instead I get this:




I'm using the 4.5.7 stable version.

The issue is usually generated by a javascript error or by a missing google map key.
