J-BusinessDirectory - Missing process tab

I'm building a directory site whereby subscribers can select a package and create listings etc but just noticed that the 'Details' tab has disappeared from view. All the others are there. When I view the html I can see 

<div id="tab2" class="process-tab tab-active col" style="display:none">

I'f a manually remove the style in the browser it reappears but not sure what's inserting this. Any ideas folks ?
