Hi there,

 

When a user cancels a payment, and then tries to pay the invoice later, payment gets taken but the package does not update (and the business does not go live).

 

Everything is fine as long as they do not hesitate, but if they cancel payment and then pay later, then there is a problem.  

 

Has anyone else got this problem?

This issue is usually caused when the automatic payment notification is not received.
In some cases it is rejected by some firewalls and in other cases a login is required (this is happening when the automatic notification URL is being associated with a menu item that requires registration - due to a SEF extension)

 

Then i guess the only permament solution is to wait for CMSJunkie to add the dashboard to the router.php optimisations.

 

In the meantime, can i manually update the payment status for any user this happens to? Obviously, that's not ideal - too prone to human error, but I guess it is the only way.
