J-BusinessDirectory - possible for business to manage reviews

Just wondering if it is possible for a business to manage their reviews and be able to answer back on a review. I cannot find a place for this. If someone was to give the business a negative review let us say about crappy service, the business owner could contact that person an solve the problem and then post that the situation was taken care of so that other interested people reading about the business can see that the owner cares and looks after things.

 

If this is not in scripting now, perhaps it is a suggestion for the future.

Hi,

 

A business owner can reply to all reviews on front-end by clicking on respond to review link.
