J-BusinessDirectory - Possible to change field labels and front-end labels?

We plan to use J-BusinessDirectory to list programs from nonprofits and academic institutions. We are concerned they'll be dissuaded from participating when they see the business terminology embedded in the site. Is there a way to change field labels in the Business Details? Also, is it possible to change displays on the front end, such as from "Featured Businesses" to "Featured Programs"?

You may want to try editing the English language files. You can do this by logging into your backend admin page -> Extensions -> Languages -> Choose either Administrator or Site from the Filter -> Overrides -> New -> in the [Search] box enter the phrase you are looking for. I find that entering more than one word fails to bring up anything so you will get a long list of phrases that contain the word you are search for. Place the text you want to replace the original phrase with in the entry box on the left [Text]. If you want to save in both Admin and Website check off the [For both locations] and Save.

Thanks for the quick & helpful response, Jim. I tried this and was able to find a lot of occurences of "Business." I tried to change the constant LNG_BUSINESS_DETAILS from "Business Details" to "Resource Details," but received an error: "Save failed with the following error:" but there was no additional information. I checked the box "For both locations" but in fact my home page is still the blank page ("Replace this default page with your own index page.")--could that be the problem? As stupid as this sounds, I don't know how to get my site to show up (which I'm fine doing even as I'm customizing it).
