JBusinessDirectory Listing Search module not showing subctegories. /JBD 5.2.3/Joomla 3.9.12/PHP 7.1

In settings:

Show categories - YES

Show subcategories -YES

Separate categories -YES

Please create a ticket on our store and provide us Joomla admin access to check this.
