J-BusinessDirectory - Problem with Categories on Admin Side

I have a small problem. I our organization purchused the JBusiness Directory with another administrator last year and we never updated it with the current version on our site till last night when we purchused the latest version. We do have K2 on our site and its file that has that error has been updated according to the other posts of problems it causes.

We imported some businesses from a sister site onto ours last night however, everything came over but with a few errors we are correctiong however, we want to update the Categories in the system however, when we click "Edit" The screen just flickers and it never opens up the edit. It just sticks there. This is in the Admin Pannel under Categories that we are talking about. Not the individual business category

Is there something we are not doing correctly? Is there another file we need to correct to make the Categories sction work so we can update it? Please let us know. Thanks

The problem is generated by cbpaidsubsbot system plugin.
If you disable the plugin it will work. Something in the plugin is blocking the execution.
