J-BusinessDirectory - Problem with Time Zones?

I have version 4.8.0 installed and have added opening hours to all listings.  The listings on the front end all show as CLOsED though during those hours.  The time zone for the site is correct.  Is there another time zone somewhere in the configuration that I have not found or is this a bug?

Please make sure that the server time is set correctly.
If the issue persists please create a ticket on our store and provide us joomla admin access.
