J-BusinessDirectory - Problems with Importing business listings

I'm currently trying to import business listings into my directory. I have followed the procedures outlined here https://www.cmsjunkie.com/docs/jbusinessdirectory/businessdiradmin.html#id9. I started by exporting from my directory to obtain a .csv header structure. I did delete the ID column per the documentation. Upon import, I got a success message although I cannot find the listings anywhere. Please advise.

Can you please create a ticket on the store and provide a CSV sample file?
