J-BusinessDirectory - Random doesn't show featured as featured...

I want the directory to display as random, but found that I can't have Random AND still have featured listing show at the top first.  Ideally, I'd like it to be 
1. Featured Listings (in random order)
2. All others (in random order) 

Is it possible to get the featured to the top of random too?
