J-BusinessDirectory - Removing Alphabet search

I have jBus Dir installed on 3 sites. On 2 this search does not show and on one it does. But I cannot figure out how to turn it off or on.

No idea how to insert an image in this editor (keeps adding an internal path to one) so you can see here - www.ckdev.info/alpha.jpg

We provide support for one domain with your purchase. If you need support for an additional support please buy another license. 

The site I want to turn it off on is the site I originally bought it for - https://www.lincolnchamber.com. This is the one that has the alphabet search on it that I want off.

In addition, I cannot now see more than the first page. Both clicking the alphabet search and the pagination result in a blank page.

Please, I have no idea what's going wrong and I have a client demandign answers. Your help would be appreciated.
