Report listing turned off but getting emails

I have the report listing feature turned off (see https://www.southwestautomotiveprofessionals.org/shop/yuma/accurate-automotive-attention). Yet my client is getting inundated with "Report notification" emails -7-8 a day. No idea how this is possible.

I thought the "Report Listing" is only supposed to send an email to the administrator?

The emails are sent only to admin.
@Ian do you still experience the issue?

Seems that particular listing was bugged somehow. The new listing isn't getting the spam messages now.
