There are several possibilities to add new listings:

- Add in JBD backoffice (or import)

- Add by user (after registration)

Think will be good idea to have for both separate messages, as:

If created by User the content of the message is focussing of the options and how to use

If created by JBD admin the content of the message is focussing on the option to Claim the Business.
