J-BusinessDirectory - "Search Engine Friendly URLs" - Not Working

I have J-BusinessDirectory installed and have "Search Engine Freindly URLS" turned on along with "Use URL Rewriting" and "Add Suffix to URL"

I'm using the current version of Joomla 3.4.3

When I click on one of the business postings, Joomla is not navigating to the correct page.  

Obviously you guys have this working and I'm presuming its just a config issue on my side.  Can you forward me to the appropriate doc as to what else i need to setup?

Please make sure that the J-BusinessDirectory Url Translator is set to enabled on plugins section.
