Unable to open option (Add New Location) in Admin panel or Dashboard. 

Related Companies

Selected in package Related Companies, but unable to find the option in Admin or Dashboard

Hi,

1. Secondary Company - you need to set Show secondary locations to yes on directory general settings -> business listings tab
2. Related Companies - they are available for selection only on the edit business listing page on admin section.

1. SC - If slecting this option (General Settings - Yes) - page will gray-out... seems is 'hanging''

2. RC - Can you advise where to find this option, as unable to trace (is activated in package). I created one user with two companies (both package included Releated Companies), but able to see option (Admin or Dashboard)

Hi,

1. We will handle this on the ticket that you created.
2. The possibility to enter related listings will appear on the business listing edit view in the extra tab if the attribute is enabled on general settings and also if the related feature is included in the package.
