J-BusinessDirectory - Setting 'Ratings' (along with edit ratings) to off still prints empty stars

Hi, this same issue is described in this old post, please are you able to advise what the resolution was as likewise I wish to turn ratings off (but leave reviews on).

Please try to set "Enable ratings" to no in the directory general settings.

Hi, I have treble checked this and tried a number of things but even though (when ratings turned off) it doesn't ask to rate via stars, stars are still shown on the review (with 0/5 shown). I will post a support ticket with a url for you to see.

The rating is connected to the listing rating and not the review rating.
We will add more info into the setting description to avoid the confusion.
