J-BusinessDirectory - Setting the Default Google Map Latitude and Longitude

I set the Latitude and Longitude to Phoenix in the General Setting/Front End thinking that when you create a listing it would start over Arizona/Phoenix area. That did not work. How do I set this as everyone in my directory will use Phoenix as a starting point. As of now it sets the pin out in the ocean of Africa.  Also I have my Google API key in correctly but I get the following error when setting up an directory listing
