J-BusinessDirectory - Software update process is a challenge

In the J-BusinessDirectory extension on my website I have checked box under Available updates, then clicked the Update button.  I receive the message "Unable to retrieve update."

Your Current Version : 3.6.4

I have also followed the link under URL Details and am baffled as to what to do next.  The blog post tells me that "The new version will be automatically added to you[r] account" but in my account I find no place to download the file.

Please help.

Also, I can't find a list of what was added or changed in the new release.
