J-BusinessDirectory - Still can't use the Updater

Hi,

 


Why can I still not use the update option to update my installation of J-BusinessDirectory?


I no longer receive the update via email, and I am still using version 3.5.1


I have my order number and email address entered correctly, but when I try the update, I get the message..   'Unable to retrieve update.'

We are sorry to hear this. We have sent you the new version by email.

We will create a new e-mail list for customers that cannot do the update.

I've now doen the update, and I get a new message in the Updates section telling me that the 1 year subscription that I purchased in April this year, has expired.

Please enter the order details from the last order that you have made.

I have.  I've entered the details of the order in reference to the one you've just emailed me about.

 

This is confirmed in the message on the Update page, which notes the exact date of purchase.  But unfortunately it is giving it as an expiry date, rather than a purchase date.

Can you provide us joomla admin access to check this? (using contact form)

Hope this can be fixed after so long time not working with Joomla update notification xml errors.

Also if you can get the semantic version in sync with JBD dashboard and all versions numbers for extensions like  JDB-xxx-xxx-xxx so you know what version you have and what the latest version exsist.
