J-BusinessDirectory - Strange SEF Problem

I'm developing a website on Godaddy's Linux server - I've set the SEO setting to Search Engine Friendly URLS - Yes and Use URL rewriting to Yes.

I've set a menu item on my main navigation called "Business Directory," which displays the catelog. If you then click on any of the businesses - the url displays: //name - instead of /business-directory/name

Here is something else that is strange. If you go to the sub category of Business Directory - Categories: http://eakc.com.previewdns.com/business-directory/almedia

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

The link was designed to be as shorten as possible to give a better score for company name.

In the next versions we will change this a little to be more customizable.
