J-BusinessDirectory - Submit Review button language

I am  trying to change the word review. I have used the language override to change it everywhere but "Submit Review" in the button on the top left under save and share buttons in the new view 7 for a business listing is not in the language file.

Ayone know where to find this?

Ok I found it was "hard coded" into the tpl file and changed it there which is not ideal. 

One other thing I noticed is that when you click the button the review fields at the bottom of the view open for people to leave a review however the screen doesnt move or focus on the review area so it looks like nothing happens when the button is clicked.
