J-BusinessDirectory - SUGGESTION: Legacy Packages

It would be great to have a setting on packages to enable no new signups but still have the package active. Setting could be called "Allow Signups."

We are migrating to JBusiness Directory but want to grandfather our clients current package into the new system.  We don't want new customers to signup for this package and not display it on the front end.

At the moment I had to customize com_jbusinessdirectory\views\packages\tmpl\default.php to skip outputting the legacy packge.
