J-BusinessDirectory - Unable to upload images in Business Directory

I tried to add new members, and when it came time to upload images for the banner and logo, under Media, I was not able to select the imag I wanted and place it in the same dialog box under Media.  I've tried this on several machines now, and believe this may be a bug in the program.  Please tell me how to fix this.  It is beyond my skill set.
