J-BusinessDirectory - Unpublish an active package

When we started our site, we created a Founder's Package that was meant to entice people into creating a listing in the directory.  We don't want to make that package available for new listings, and replace it with a package that has most of the same features but isn't exactly the same.  

I've tried changing the state to Inactive, but that creates a whole bunch of other problems.  

Is it possible to keep the package active, but not publish it any more?  Sort of like the State/Status of an Offer?  

If it can't be done in the current configuration, then I'd like add it to whatever list you have for enhancement requests.

Yes, you can set the package to be avaialble to admin only.
