J-BusinessDirectory - Update the J-BusinessDirectory 4.5.7 to J-BusinessDirectory 4.6.1 -RC1

How I can update the J-BusinessDirectory 4.5.7 to J-BusinessDirectory 4.6.1 -RC1 without losing any settings or data?
Also, when 4.6.1 stable version will be available?

Hi, 

You can update the business directory without losing any setup or data. If you have any custom modifications made to the files please back up those first as they will be overwritten. 

After the beta version a release candidate version will be released which holds improvements and may contain some bugs. The release is scheduled in 2 weeks or sooner.
