J-BusinessDirectory - Updated to 5.6.9 but error is generated now

Downloaded the update 5.6.9 and installed it.
Unfortunately, when clicking on links for example going from
https://j4.japantouring.com/en/category/lodging
to
https://j4.japantouring.com/en/itokawa-guest-house-2
the following error is generated:
 Failed opening required 'header.php' (include_path='.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php80/root/usr/share/pear')

The same is true for going from:
https://j4.japantouring.com/en/directory/listings?featured=0&geolocation=0&radius=100&resetSearch=1&list_layout=8&grid_layout=2
to
https://j4.japantouring.com/en/yamabushi-trail-tour
Error:

Why not try to install: v 5.6.10

I would if I could, but the "My Downloadable Products" page doesn't provide me with a link to do so, even though I just purchased a new subscription.

• I finally found the download but it was listed in a purchase area for 2018 not for 2021 which is really confusing...

Updated the website but the same error is still being generated

Renamed the templates/html/com_jbusinessdirectory and the error was not generated so I must have introduced the error when editing a page.

Yes, please create a ticket and provide us admin access.
It seems that you need to update also the template. There is a an error on the website and the template cannot render the error.
