J-BusinessDirectory - Updater won't update

I have my order ID and order email entered into the appropriate fields.

But if I try to update, I get the message:  Unable to retrieve update.

I'd love to know what I'm doing wrong.

We had a temporary error. Can you please try again?

In some cases the updates will not go through due to some firewall restrictions.

I've deleted and purged as many caches as I can think of but it's still not working I'm afraid.

I get the same issue.  Cannot update from the updater.  Also, I migrated to Joomla 3, had initially installed on J2.5.  Could this be one of the reason ??  All this to say that I could not update either.  Also, from your website, we can only download the purchased version, not the updated one...

Currently on ver 3.4.3 of J-Business Directory and Joomla ver 2.5.20.

Entered order email and order ID but unable to update through backend of J-Business Directory.   Error message reads: "Unknown Archive type - unable to retrieve updat"

Add me to the list... Our 5 month maintenance aggreements are ticking away while the developers try to make things work...!

Either provide a link to the download, mass email the update or fix the online updater... I'm not even sure why updates are announced if subscribers can't get to them!

It seems that your order id and order e-mail were not entered on update section. We have entered your details and try to update but an apache error was received.

We have performed the update for you.
