J-BusinessDirectory - Upgrade 5.4.4 Duplicate column name 'column_mode'

Keep getting the following error message below when upgrading to the latest version Dashboard now give an error Unknown column 'bc.item_type' in 'where clause' JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Duplicate column name 'column_mode'Extension Update: SQL error processing query: DB function failed with error number 1060Duplicate column name 'column_mode'SQL =ALTER TABLE `#__jbusinessdirectory_payment_processor_fields`    ADD COLUMN `column_mode`  tinyint(1) DEFAULT 1;
