J-BusinessDirectory - Upload Tool

I am brand new to uploading csv files to a database and am looking for an easy and inexpensive way to upload companies to JBusinessDirectory  Do I need to purchase an upload tool or are there free ones that are easy to use. I am using Joomla 3 with mysql. Any tips on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

The uploading csv functionality is already integrated in our product. Please referer to chapter 3.3.1 from our user manual.
