J-BusinessDirectory - Uploading categories, subcategories, maincategories...nothing.

Hi! I have my list formatted. Uploaded no problem. the only issue is that categories, subcategories, and main categories are not populating. Any ideas why? Thanks!!

Before you import the business listings you have to import the category structure.
