J-BusinessDirectory - USA address format

I know this is probably a simple question but from searching the forum I didn't see the answer.

Trying to get the address to display correctly.  For usa.

Okay, follow this path:

   - Joomla Admin > Components > J-Business Directory > General Settings > Front End > Address Format.

Here you will find about 7 different common address formats, likely one that you need.

If the 7 formats do not suit your needs, then choose the "Custom Address" option and enter the fields you would like.

If you enter a "Custom Address" do not forget to add spaces and comas between each field so they appear correct on the frontend.

I removed the province field by going to the "Attribute Configuration" tab and selecting "Not Show" to the three (3) different "Province" fields.

With regards to custom addresses, I want to use the following 

{Street Number},{street_name},{level_no, unit_number}, {Building_Name},{city},{postal_code}

Once I have input this, what does it actually do?  I don't see any additional fields created for the address in the front end.  How can I input the address in this required format so that the details are displayed in the company address field?  to be on display? 

Can the front-end fields be modified to display level, unit number and building name?   Or do all these need to be combined into the single address field?
