J-BusinessDirectory - Users and superusers unable to add offers and events in frontend

Hi, George Bara and CMS Junkie Team.

I'm using:

- Joomla 3.7.5

- Community Builder 2.1.3 (with Social Profile: None, in J-Business Directory)

- J-Business Directory 4.8.3

   (with free package | Free package with all the features assigned | Package UserGroup: registered | Only for admin: NO) | User with published business )

The superuser and registered users of my site can not create events or offers on the frontend. The superuser can only create offers and events in the backend.

Registered users can create business.

Registered users can add bookmarks, but the Manage bookmarks option does not appear on your dashboard.

What am I doing wrong?
I have another site similar to this one, where everything works.

It seems that the packages features are not active for the business profile. Please check your assigned package and whether you have any pending orders.

For the add offer issues, a different menu item id is added to the request and that causes the issue.
The menu item id for the dashboard is 736 but when adding a new offer the Itemid=163 is added to the link and that is causing the issue.

I did not understand how this id = 163 was created and assigned to the J-Business Directory.
I deactivated the menu id = 163 and everything is working perfectly now, thanks to the support of the CMS Junkie team.
