J-BusinessDirectory - Why is the map (search module) one one page, not another?

typical of search results, two maps appear - where are those coming from? My Maps API must be getting pounded!

Also, the gallery in this layout should be below the business details.

(In a future build, that banner background image should permit the option of a dark or light overlay)

When I come at the results page from the menu items at top, no banner map appears. Perfect. But when I select from the filters at left, I get the banner search module map. (Arrgh.) I suppose I could just not display that left column filter as it pollutes the design, but I would rather defeat this problem.
