Most probably you have not entered the google map api code on map settings on admin.
There are 2 map keys that need to be generated

as said in the other post, the API keys are there. Looks like the geolocation process stooped working when I reached the 2500 requests limit. So after setting the limit higher and re.importing that error should be fixed.

Sent you a better translation for the German language file (although I did not edit some parts of the backend stuff, I guess most webmasters use the English backend version anyway. But all the frontend stuff is in good German now... There was some funny in there, like speaker /Lautsprecher (which means loudspeaker in German).

On free google map api's there is a limitation of uses. You can check google guidelines for this.

We have not received any German language file lately. Have you sent it using the Send button on edit language view on general settings?
