J-BusinessDirectory - Manual download not working

Hi, 

I am trying to download the newest manual. I press the Download button and instead of opening the manual there is a index.html file saved on my pc. When i open this, i can see an unformatted list and i dont think its supposed to be the manual looking like this. 

Please tell me how to see the updated manual for the newest version.
