J-BusinessDirectory - Privacy Policy and Terms of Service boilerplates

Does anyone have boilerplates for the PP and TOS for the JBD extension? I'm aware that A.I. almost makes asking a mute point. However, I'd like to model a version that has considered the nuances of JBD.
