J-BusinessDirectory - Upgrade not working

I've recently renewed and upgraded to the latest version. Getting 404's when you try to view a listing and An error has occurred.
0 Class 'JBusinessUtil' not found in admin panel.  I've done the fix database and re-downloaded and reinstalled but no joy. I've also notice there are two 

•  ir31s_jbusinessdirectory_applicationsettings
•  ir31s_jbusinessdirectory_application_settings

tables in the database. I got an sql query to insert once and did that but it errored as well.

Also, what are your table errors?  

I ask as there are a couple of Joomla core bugs causing database errors.

I just confirmed the Joomla bug with CMS, but I still need to report the bug to Joomla.

The database warning is a Joomla bug. On the update sqls it detects the presence of the #_jbusinessdirectory_applicationsettings table that does not exist anymore.

If you have updated the SP Page Builder extension and you receive the 404 error, you will need to edit components/com_sppagebuilder/router.php and on line 108 delete the following section

"The database warning is a Joomla bug. On the update sqls it detects the presence of the #_jbusinessdirectory_applicationsettings table that does not exist anymore."

I will report this to Joomla unless someone else wants to?

Last I checked the 1 database error created 100s of warnings.
