Joomla Templates - Error installing J-Quark Template

Error installing J-Quark Template
I get the following error message when installing the J-Quark template...
JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist /home/XXXXXXX/public_html/tmp/install_531ca4cfc61c6/j-quark/en-GB.tpl_j-quark.ini
In the template backend, some of the tabs and labels aren't displaying correctly, as shown in the image below.
