Joomla Templates - Install extension+template vs quickstart package

Support Forum

Hello all,

I have a website which I've been developing some time now, which is based on another template (with Warp Framework) and has several Joomla extension on it such as K2, Community Builder, Kunena etc.

I want to add the business directory as a new 'section' of the same site that will wither use the main template or it will use the MyDirectory template (which I bought). I tried to install the template, the extension (with images), Helix framework and PageBuilder free 1.0.3.

a) I cannot a find a guide on how to proceed building the pages, how to configure extensions etc, so I installed a demo site with the quickstart package in order to reverse-enginner how everything fits together and replicate that on my site. I see however differences such as the addons of Pagebuilder. I don't see for example the 'Call for action' addon, hence I cannot use it.  The PageBuilder admin side on my site (manually installed) shows SP Page Builder Free v1.0.3 | Copyright © 2010-2015 JoomShaper at the bottom whereas the quickstart site shows: SP Page Builder Free | Copyright © 2010-2015 | JoomShaper . It appears that the manually installed site does not have the Helix 3 addons. Manual install site : 14 addos. Quickstart site: 17 addons.

What am I doing wrong here? I know it would easier to just start from the quickstart package and build onwards however I alreadt have built considerable amount on my main site hence why I want to add the directory as an extra feature.

Any help is much appreciated!

Thank you

Hi,

We have sent you SP Page Builder version 1.0.6. It seems that some versions do not contain whole featues.
Please let us know how it goes.
