Joomla Templates - j-quark issue

Hi all,

I just installed j-quark and all I am getting is a blank page on my home page. I know I am missing something simple. any one have any idea's?

I just noticed something else, under the layouts I am getting the below errors

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/XXX/public_html/plugins/system/helix/layout/generated.php on line 235

Ok, I sort of got it working. Had to install helix then update it, next the template and then j-directory. I just want to have the site look like the demo site but I am having issues with formatting. Is there a quick way of doing that?
