Joomla Templates - J-Quark Responsive Menu Appears on Layout Fixed Mode

I have two issues when the responsive mode turns on my site.

1 - When the fixed mode is on, the menu appears everytime on desktop, side to side at the screen. How do I fix it?

2 - I didn't get to configure the black menu button position (; does it is possible? I'd like to change the default position, if it's possible...
