Joomla Templates - Problem with j-voyage template not show module position

After install j-Voyage template as default on joomla 3.4 if I click on preview for see the modules position on template the broswer (Chromium) show a blank page. The same happens with j-HotelRoyal template. Please someone help me.  Sorry for my English

First, you need to make sure that Helix || plugin is installed and enabled.

You can download the Helix plugin from http://www.joomshaper.com/joomla-templates/helix-ii

You can find the module position in template manager/j-Voyage on tab layout. More information about helix framework can be found on http://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/joomla-templates/helix-ii
