J-BusinessDirectory - Auto Update Not Working

I get the following errors when trying to update jBussinessDirectory... (My order number and email address are entered in application settings.)

Following the update attempt, I also noticed that my homepage has new layout problems.

The update you sent me to fix my last problem did work, and I'm pretty sure it didn't cause this.  I only noticed it AFTER the failed update attempt, and I haven't done anything else on the site (I would like to have the chance!!)

We cannot reproduce this error on our site. Can you provide us your site address and mention what browser are you using?

Plese post the next questions/issues related to template on template section.

I've put in my OrderID and the correct email address associated with my account.  Im getting the same error as reported by others...

I've invested in your component twice recently, and I'd prefer to continue to do so, and I hope that updating does not require an additional purchase, as some others have hinted.

Hi Anton,

 

If your support & period is not expired you do not have to pay for the update. Some servers are blocking the update.
