J-BusinessDirectory - Pls remove extra empty rows in JBD language files (Joomla std procedure)

Hi CMSjunkies,

please remove extra empty rows in all JBD language files (Joomla std procedure) bcs it can have implications for non functions and its also a performance issue both backend and frontend.

I had a Joomla module that had this problem with a extra dot on last empty line and that fck up the module just showing the constants instead. And I tested to remove rows from JBD language files and its really also speed up JBD but when updated this problem will coming back I guess.

So please do as Joomla std have the .ini .sys etc all language files without empty rows.
