Changing Region to State
The default system uses the term "region" instead of state. This is confusing many people. Is there a way to get "region" changed to "State" and still have everything work that was based on the naming convention "region"?

I guess you just need to change the LNG_DISTRICT="Region" and or the LNG_COUNTY="Region" in the bottom field of the language settings as an override or not? I have no idea why this should not work, just check it out. Stay healthy :-)
