J-BusinessDirectory - Export does not equal Import

I purchased J-Business Directory for a client and we have everything set up on test including a large database of businesses. We've moved everything over to their testing servers and have just realized that if we use the export function from our site, it will not properly import to the new location.

The first time it didn't work at all. I had to convert the exported CSV file to columns in Excel, save it as a CSV, and then import. That got all the businesses up there, but I still have a fairly major problem.

The images aren't part of the export - I expected that, though an image location would have been nice so we didn't have to go into the admin tool and update each one individually.

The street NUMBER is not exported, which means we have to go in by hand anyway and update all of the addresses in order to get the maps working properly (if one business is missing map information, any cluster maps including that business will be blank).

The Category and Subcategory are not properly importing, so while we're in fixing the image and the address, we have to fix those.

I'm really hoping you have a solution for us here. Being able to re-import an export seems like a pretty basic function, and the first thing you'd test when adding that feature... this is costing us many, many hours of work.

The import/export functionality was done before adding some new features like stret address and the functionality was not updated anymore.

We will take care of this and release a fix for this next week.

I'm using J Directory ver4.11 and I'm experincing the same issue as the original poster. Has this issue been addressed and I'm missing something?
