J-BusinessDirectory - Email Template [customer_name] not populated

When an automatic email is sent (ex. for a new order) the [customer_name] variable displays as "[customer_name]" instead of the expected name of the customer.


Can you tell me which file is responsible for populating this field/array?  Also, without modifying code is there the ability to add more variables that can be used in the email template?  For instance, I would love to be able to send all the customer's information so that they can quickly scan the email for info that needs to be updated.


Can I add an attachment to these email templates?

Currently you can use only the placeholders that are defined within the template. We are going to make more fields available on all templates on next major release.
