J-BusinessDirectory - Featured business module

I read back in the forum someone looking for help on featured business module. Is this an extra we need to buy or does a featured business module come with the component. I am not able to find a feature business module in my site. Where would I find it.

The featured businesses can be shown using latest businesses module. You just have set only featured to yes.
